Got some Apistos that came in as bycatch with some D. filamentosus. Don't have a catch location. I assume they're Apisto piaroa, but would like confirmation before breeding and spreading them around.
Despite the relatively large black area on the caudal peduncle of your wild male (which could point towards A. cf. piaroa from the Rio Negro), I think your fish are in fact A. piaroa.
