apisto cacatuoides inflamed inside mouth

Hi members,
I'm a newby here from Belgium and have a question.
One of our apisto cacatuoide has a red inside mouth. And he seems to yawn often. He is at least 3 years. I can't find anything on the internet on the inside of mouth ( and it is not from liplocking). Has anyone ever seen this ?

How does he behave? If everything else is normal, the I wouldn't worry. BTW 3 year old apistos are OLD!

Yeahh i know he is old...He never had an interest in the females I guess that is what is keeping him young
He resides now in a community tank with several tankmates. In his former tank we rehomed two other apistos, of which i dont know the sex yet.
