A fast one watched indicates to us that we are before A. gibbiceps but this apisto has the caudal fin rounded, also the first rays from the dorsal fin are different.
Captured in Mucuras river, affluent of the Negro.
Thanks in advance,
Rafael.
A. moae or A. cruzi, A. eunotus?

Hi.
These females arrived mixed with an import of Paracheirodon axelrodi to Colombian Fishstore...
There are no males, only two females and one knows neither the place nor the river origin. :frown:

Hi.
This apisto when it counted on 1 cm T.L. came mixed next to an import of Dicrossus filamentosus from Czech Republic.

I'm afraid than this apisto is an A. pulchra, but accordin to Dr. Römmer page 704:
And the membranes of this...
May be "mixed" :D
For the salesman the fish is an Apistogramma viejita, I have the doubt, I believe that they are in fact to Apistogramma macmasteri.

The female:

I am afraid that these M. ramirezi has hormones. What do you think?
At the L.F.S. say that they have this color due to its rich feeding in carotene, but me I do not create it.
Best...
The fish was collected in Carabobo, state of Valencia, Venezuela:
(right).
To my it remembers much the A. sp. "Maulbrüter", but... in Venezuela is imposible, certain?
Thanks for your opinions.
Rafael.
