The tank overall is very dim because the light doesn't have alot of wattage and the tan leeching from driftwood makes it dark.
The substrate is black sand.
2 of my fish have a black spot on their sides and the other one has no spot on its side but a spot on its tail. I'm just wondering why they aren't showing any colors when they are mature. I think I see a hint of yellow on the ones with black spots on the sides though. The one with the spot on...

Also, aren't they supposed to be either completely sky blue or completely yellow? Comparing to pictures that I've found, panduros are supposed to have their whole body in the color
Okay, I tried as best as I could to take pictures but apparently they are camera shy.

Hi! I have had a pair of Panduros for about half a year now, in my 20 gallon high tank. They have grown well in size but their color doesn't seem to show which makes me question if they are panduros or not. I know that they are supposed to show off either sky blue or yellow depending on gender...
Hey all! So I bought a pair of Panduros and placed in a 20 gallon tank filled with a huge amount of java moss, a small decor log, and a bubble filter.
PH is 6, temp is 76.
I looked up pictures of these fish and they are supposed to be blue and yellow. However, mine just have the red lining...
