I spot treat with hydrogen peroxide 3% solution.it has done wonders in my tank.i use a syringe i got at walmart suck up 5ml of peroxide and squeeze it onto the bba.it will start to fizz and then it soon turns reddish color over time and the shrimp eat it.i do this weekly during water changes...

about a month ago one of my yellow labs looked like it was on the brink of death.it did`nt eat for a long time and lost all yellow color.i thought this was the end of this fish.well...afew days ago it started eating.the yellow color was back.i could`nt figure out what the heck was going on.now...
whats the best food to feed rams and cichlids? i`ve heard don`t feed them bloodworms.then i`ve heard feed them bloodworms.i feed them shrimp pellets,algea wafers,and a small spectrum pellet.what else would you suggest?thanks.
o.k. heres what i have in my 75 gallon tank so far.tell me if these will be good tank mates.so far,i`ve had no problems with them getting along.2 blue rams,2 bolivian rams and three yellow labs.what else would you suggest to add in the future. thanks
thats funny daryl.i bought a pair of blues first,and my two bolivians two weeks later.it`s my bolivians that are chased all over heck,and hide.and the little blues run the place.the bolivians are three times as big as my blues! go figure.
i bought two bolivian rams 4 days ago.all they seem to do i hide.they share their tank with two smaller blue rams.the blue rams are as bold as brass,and are out all the time.the bolivians which are bigger hide away.is this just them adjusting to the new tank? will they come out and play after...
i have two blue rams in my 75 gallon planted tank.i have medium substrate,and two penguin 350 filter running.lots of plants and rock formations for hiding.they are the only fish in my tank as of now.i`m looking for some good tank mates for these guys.if i could keep it all dwarf cichlids that...
