Hi, I did manage to breed pauqisquamis a few years back, could only se about 20fry, but they were gone in a few days.
I think diplotaenia and sp miua is the most difficult to breed. I have had many fry from diplo but none from miua.
Diplos are difficult to breed and the fry grow very slow.

Hi, the water here were I live has a harness below 1. From there it is not that difficult to lower the ph below 4. But it depends wery much on what kind of peat you are using. I use big bag of peat(50cm x 30cm x 50cm) with peat in a plastic tub(80l) with a big powerhead to make the water run...
Hi, I hope I can help you. My experience with wilhelmis is that they are very "friendly" towards each other compered to other apisto. But they need very low ph to get the eggs to hatch, usaly under 4 ph. I have tried to get them to breed in higher ph but they just dont want to. The parents died...
Hi, I dont think you have anything to wory about. I have had many pairs with fry that were many weeks apart. Now I have 4 different spawns from diplotaenia in the same thank with no problems.
Hi, let me know if you have any tricks about getting them to breed. Mine just steer at each other. I have the tapajos form. And yes they are extremaly difficult get hold of:)
I don't think they are cruzi, I cant see any paralell stripes and the caudal spot dont match. And they usualy come from Peru. My guess is somthing close to regani.
Hi, does anybody have any personal experiance whit this dwarf?I have one pair but they show absolutley no interest in each other:(Ph is 5.4 and DH is under 1 degree.
