Ive read that Apistogramma borelli can thrive in lower temperatures, and i think cacatuoides will do well in the higher pH ranges, but you need that combination of both parameters being good. If you can get pH and hardness down, you should be able to keep borelli fine. If you can get temp up...

In my opinion, i think its a little too much, i think the picture under the "Previous" heading looks good, and would look nice with plants clustered around it.
We also have to take into consideration territory boundaries etc. if you are keeping apistos :)
