LOL I love Apistogramma sp. Tefe a lot because it's very nice and some fry may be grown up to be difference color form despite they have the same parent.
finally I can breed Apistogramma sp. Vielfleck.
I used Black river soil (similar to amazonia soil) as substrate and RO water to keep pH around 5-5.5 then the male and
female mate up and spawn.

I order group of Apistogramma sp. Vielfleck last month. at first i didn't think it will be colorful like this.

the fish in this link should be Breitbinden not megaptera. http://www.aquarium-glaser.de/en/archiv.php?news_id=532
and this one below is my friend's Breitbinden. He bought it from Apistoworld Hongkong. this one was labeled with the name Red-cheek breibinden and my friend said to me the one is apistogramma Megaptera.
If anyone here know the difference, please help me to identify.
