I've not kept atahualpas but i have kept morse code with other species. morse code behave much like ember tetra and are of similar size when fully grown - i would say they are a little higher in the water column then ember. So if you want to test you could try some embers ;)

They are one of the more aggressive species in regards to m/f squabbles. For a 15 borelli will work as well as pucallpaensis (wetspot as a few wc ones); i highly recommend pucallpaensis you can read about them here:
