For sure not! A. sp. Putumayo is a cruzi-subcomplex species. This one is an agassizii-subcomplex species. If they are in fact from the Rio Putumayo, it can be A. cf. agassizii (Rio Putumayo).
It's the fish so far known as A. cf. sp. Pacman (Japan/Cano Iraca). A. sp. D66 is an other name of it, that for certain reasons had not been added to the species list so far - but now it has been added.
