WTB Pelvicachromis subocellatus Matadi

I need a male. I have a very pretty female. In reality I'd buy whatever is availible. Anyone know why these don't show up wild caught anymore? Seems only fish I can find are from the Czech breeders.

You can't even get wild P. subocellatus Moanda right now. Specific collection sites that are not being collected right now. I'm told that the Moanda form isn't being collected because of a lack of demand.

I ahve only seen Matadi offered on Europe-bred lists. No idea why the wild fish (even Moanda) are not being exported. We ask for them often enough!

I picked up 4 with 2 of them pairing off now

Have P. subocellatus "Moanda"

I have a good base of "Moanda". Got the wild prs from Ted/Jeff in Ohio two years ago. I have 10 extra females all colored up at just over 1". I try to pair from different spawning pair to keep genetics as clean as possible.

have about 60 in two spawns at 3/8" should be ready to go in a couple months.
