hard to get picture... I have a camera but we won't see a thing...
on some other forums this guy who has loads of apistos told me if the fish is in shape leave it be it'll grow back which I agree but it doesn't tell me what happened.
all fishes are doing fine except my apistos fin is like...
he's with 8 black phantom tetras but I've never seen them nip my male apisto... I also have amano shrimps but I'm sure it's not the shrimps....
will it grow back? I really hope so!!! :frown:
what could cause this?
thank you!!
just to add, today the male is alone in my tank with 8 black phantom tetras, 5 bottom feeders.. small ones don't remember the name, and 4 amano shrimps and everything is going well. I know they're not apistos but just saying...
when it's food time he's ok for other fish to eat just next to...
ok I failed I know now I want to learn a bit more so that this does not happen again.
I got myself 1 male and 1 female in a 30G tank with loads of plants and few woods for hiding.
the male would chase none stop the female every time he would see her.
the male has nice colors the female...
I'm having the same issue with my macmasteri... 1 male and a female, the male keeps chasing the female if he sees her. should I put the female in a seperate tank? otherwise she just can't come out of her hideout I don't think she'll survive long enough like this.
thanks.
