Currently in ownership of the A. Cf Piaroa and sadly 2 female A. Sp D37.( thought a pair but after close nvestigation and opinions turned out to be 2 females)
They've been in the tank for about 5 days now.
Colouring up nicely. But they are clearly pushing the bou daries towards...
They look stunning tom. I got them on the 14th of january. You were there aswell i believe :) these are F1 from erik bakker. But they are only about 6.5 months old. Cant wait to see how they look when they are fully matured. :)

Time show of my newly aquired pair of A. Sp D47. They havr been in my tank for almost 2 weeks now. And i have had the first batch of eggs from these youngster. Unfortunately they were gone on day 4 as the female lost complete interest in her little hideout.

How about taking out 2 females and just leave the male with 1 female. Maybe 3 is just to much and they can see each other to much which causes them to get aggrivated and start stealing the fry?
Thnx and they were and still are a beautifull species. Hope you have more luck with them then me :) i hope the trio will work out and thwt you will not end up with a stressed out female.

Currently having no apistos unfortunately.
Current tank is a 1m 180l planted tank ( currently housing 12 Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis.
Former apistos were a pair of A. Cacatuoides triple red and a pair of A. Abacaxis F1. ( they sadly past away 2...
