    If the water is good with no ammonia or nitrites, and acceptable nitrates, with good pH, hardness, etc., I would buy a bunch of 5 gallon buckets with lids and keep 50% of tank volume if possible.... that's just me though, not sure it is necessary at all..... I think filter and media and...

    Ok thanks.....I believe I had 2 females together..... I moved the smaller of the 2 to it's own tank, then added a male ( pretty sure because of the distinct orange edge of the caudal fin)......they are not chasing each other which is a good sign....will TRY to get some photos but they are hiding...
