I posted a few months ago to try to get help sexing this apisto. It was sold as male. Im confused. I want to get another one, but I need to get an idea of m/f first. I think maybe female? Fish store swears its male. Wont even discuss it not being male.
I was afraid of that. I was holding out until the front one got a little bigger, because it has very colorful fins, but they arent very tall. I want what I paid for so maybe I can just give the store a call and take one back for a trade.
I purchased these as "cacatuoides double red pair" I cant tell which is male. The bigger one doesnt exhibit the colors, but is quite a bit larger than the one in front in the pic. What do you think?
