Must be a male cacatuoïdes. I got one in my tank with same hight of front 'pins' on his backfin.
This is the one I'm going to breed with.

Add: I bought mine off a 'normal' aquariumshop during a show in The Netherlands, round sept 2016. His girl had fry once, but she couldn't manage yet, so they didn't survive.
